My First Bento Lunches!  
Made my first bento lunches, for Gerald and Graham! Also, photos of the onigiri that Graham and I made together! :D







My first bento, made for Gerald! There's a bottom layer (separated by parchment paper since I don't actually have a bento box) with tofu fried in sesame oil. Top layer are onigiri filled with soy sauce and katsuobushi flakes, tamago, hot dog octopi, and vegetable sushi!

The little container is filled with soy sauce (which I discovered goes well on everything, even the little hot dog octopuses!)



Bento I made for Graham for his first day of work! Not sure if he has access to a fridge there so I made it with all things that won't need to be cold. Bottom layer is chopped celery, carrots, and daikon radish. Next layer is apple slices, with lemon juice to keep them from browning, and the top layer is a PB&J (cut into a heart) with a lychee mochi.



My first onigiri, made with Graham! They are filled with soy sauce and katsuobushi flakes, and pickled plums.

I am not sure (never tried tamago..I need to). But you put sugar, vanilla, and a dash of salt in the eggs and scramble them. Cooking Cute uses oil and not vanilla, but my friend and I make them with vanilla. I put it in to taste, rather than measure them out.

Kinda makes them taste like a dessert...XD
